although i have seen a great fault of this 100 number that you can do complain but your complain will not become F.I.R. while there should be a law,if any person have complain on the 100 number then police should immediate write complain & they should give the token or complain number to related person who had inform the police.and complain person could get the copy of F.I.R to related thana.if there will be such type of law it will be good for citizen also for police service.
